Licensing is for youth athletes ages 8 - 17

• This application must be submitted by either a parent or legal guardian with authorization to register the minor athlete for a youth fighters license. 

• You will be asked to upload a government document proving identity & age, a photo of athlete and an annual sports physical* to register.              

*A sports physical should be uploaded if already competed or emailed to jon@fightleague.org  if not competed at time of registration.
